"Let me tell you of the days of high adventure..."

At a recent Order of Fire First Men event, one of our guys who served as a Marine Raider ran the Bvlls through some firearms drills before breaking out his own thundering AK-47.

At one point, he joked that when he was on the teams back in the day, they used to refer to civilian clothes as "adventure clothes."

So I decided to call the new hat and shirt I have been developing "the adventure collection."

ABOUT THE SHIRT

I've had a vision of this shirt in mind for years.

A shirt an athletic man might wear to an archeological site to ponder its ancient revelations. But it isn't purely utilitarian -- it's part Indiana Jones, but there's a hint of Bond, too.
The cultured thug. The cut of the shirt frames his physique. The collar isn't small and shy or nervously buttoned down. It's bold.

Maybe our hero meets someone for a drink at a street cafe. Orders the local specialty.

You get the idea.

I've ordered twenty versions of this shirt, but none of them was ever quite right.

Too boxy. Wrong fabric. Wrong collar.

So I decided to have one made for myself and make a batch of them available to you. The prototype went through three iterations before we got it right. I think it looks great, I love the fabric, and I'm proud of it.

I look forward to seeing you wear it on your next adventure.

SPECS

Button-down athletic fit long-sleeved shirt with chest pockets and side vents.

Orange Order of Fire brand tag at the hem and inside the collar.

The fabric has some stretch to it,  but the manufacturer assures me it is 100% cotton.

CARE

If you dry clean your clothes, do that. (I don't.)

Otherwise, wash as usual.

If you want the shirt to look sharp, you'll want to iron it each time you wear it.

Iron inside out whenever possible to avoid damaging the front-facing surfaces of the fabric.
